I said i wasn't going to comment on the innerworkings of the GPC and then
I commented on the GPC...what do you expect from some character that rides
around in pumpkin boats!!!. Dan and you both asked how the GPC works and I'm
not sure if any steering committee members are on this list. So I retracted
my statement about not commenting, so I could give you an unofficial opinion
on how things work in the GPC. If I find out later that I have mistated a GPC
Policy, I will print a retraction later.
You will find the GPC basics in a letter to Dan.
