Bryon, MN was a few years ago a weighoff of the GPC or WPC...check the back
of your How to grow giant pumpkins book I, I believe. Austin, MN is just
trying to get it back into SE MN. As for the rules... I think the letter I
read was nothing closer than 125 miles...so it is getting tight.
