Hello again!!
My name is Zach Jones, and I assist in the planning of the GPC weigh-off in
Elk Grove, California. In an effort to ensure that all of our California
growers are part of our mailing list, I urge you, if you are uncertain to
email me your MAILING ADDRESS.
I will check to make sure the information is correct, or add you to the list
if you are currently not included. I have included a copy of our prize
schedule for your reference:
1st - $3000
2nd - $2000
3rd - $1000
4th - $500
5th - $250
6th - 10th - $50 each
We will also be awarding cash prizes for the largest squash, watermelon,
tomatoes, and cantelope!
Our event, The Elk Grove Community Harvest and Giant Pumpkin Festival, will
be held on Saturday, October 7th, 2000. Elk Grove, CA is south of
Sacramento, CA.
