Nitroform/Ammonium sulfate

Has anyone ever heard of a product called, "Nitroform?"
After much difficulty here in Seattle, I was able to get
the recommended soil amendments as per my soil test.

The last recommendation was to 'til in a large volume of
manure, (for nitrogen) or use l8lbs of something called
Nitroform l8-0-0. Manure is more difficult to come by
for me in large quantities so i am looking for the
Nitroform.

I have found Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 This appears to be
similar in ratios, but it has 24% base of sulphur.
I don't know if i can substitute this or not.
Does anybody have any thoughts? Or what kind of place
would have the Nitroform.
What are the effects of sulphur?

Seeds or in the makeshift green house today. Temp is
barely 80F. I bought a little soil warming pad today, and
will give it a try.(Gots to be careful, last year the
seeds got cooked!)

Thanks in advance for any info. on Nitroform
