Lucky you: I will not have the tiller in my patchfor at least another
two weeks. I just put black plastic over the hills that I built up last
fall to warm up the soil and I got stuck in the garden with my rubber
boots and had to leave one in the garden (couldn't get it out of the
mud)
I plan on starting seeds indoors around the end of April and hope the
garden will be ready to accept the seedlings by the 18 - 20 of May.
I Plan on planting 9 Giants this year and even though I am a newcomer to
this hobby sport I plan on keeping the competitors on thier toes.
Once we get the growing under way every body seems to clam up on info
about how they are doing. Not me I will tell anybody interested in how
mine are doing and hope they can catch me, after all it is just a hobby
for me and the competition makes it exiting.
If there is not enough competition here I also can go back on my Golf
Membership and try and master it>> (ha . ha.) Got to have more than one
interest in life.......PS....I also love to fish so between fishing,
Golfing and Giant Pumpkins and Vegitable markets and Retirement I don't
think I will have much time left this summer for Sleep....PEM
