Zoo,
If your patch is still wet don't till it....you will be sorry. You will get
the biggest wet, slimey, clumpy mess you can imagine. It will destroy your
soil structure. One year I was running out of time and it was still wet and I
built a small raised bed 4 feet square for the seedling to keep its roots out
of the wet. If conditions are not right up north, wait. You can transplant out
three weeks from now and you will still be fine. I won't even start a seed
inside for 2 more weeks.
