I found the most curious thing in Nic Welty’s patch last weekend on the Ohio
Valley Patch Tour. (He must have a couple gajillion acres of AG’s. I’m not
kidding… AG’s literally as far as the eye can see… Truly amazing.)
Anyway, there were all these enormous fruits scattered around Nic’s patch.
As I was walking around checking out the plants, I discovered what from a
distance had seemed to be a big yellow pumpkin. But lo and behold, when I
got closer I realized that it was a yellow COVER over a very green fruit.
Hmmmm… appearances can be deceiving.
Glenn, you may be even more alone than you thought!
