Hello, We have a lot of thistle here in Ga. We use a product called
Weedmaster. You need to spray them in early spring before they get real big.
You can also use Grazon, but in Ga. you have to have a license, it is a
restricted chemical. You may have to spray several years. I have read that a
thistle can have up to 600,000 seeds on a plant! I had to watch a 3 hour
video and take a test to get my pesticide applicator license to be able to
buy and use the restricted chemicals.
