More PGPGA woes.
Hi all, The PGPGA woes are continuing here in Ashville,PA. Looking for some
good
advise on how to salvage a pumpkin with a 4 split stem. Splits are about 4"
long and are into the shoulders about 2".Splits look large enough to throw a
cat through! Is this the death kiss? This is the Checkon 1190, plugging along
at 260 OTT.
2nd woe: The stem on my remaining pumpkin has a soft moist spot on
it's underside about the size of a penny and a large portion of the stem
seems to be turning a rather ominous pale green/tan color and it also feels
more damp than it should. This one is the pride of the patch, an 815 Checkon
at 288 OTT and chugging on. Would appreciate all advise on how to handle this
2 problems.
Thanks All.
