AG?... The Joke's on Me!

I just got back from our county fair and a visit to the farm crop barn.  There were about a dozen contenders for the largest pumpkin, many nice but none truly "giant".  But it did get me thinking...  I've faithfully followed this forum, taking AG notes along the way, and carefully tended my AG vines and have several nice pumpkins coming on, the largest 51" a week ago. So why does mine look so different from the others?  It's been a true orange since it was little, very smooth skinned and is the classical jack-o-lantern shape.  Well, I dug through my seed tin tonight and found out why - they're Burpee's "Prizewinner Hybrid"!!!  I guess I had assumed since the front of the pack says " a real giant" that they were the AG's.  Oh well, I'm still tickled with them but now I can't wait until next year to plant the real thing!  Any ideas of what to expect from my Burpee pumpkins - pack say's they produce "huge exhibition pumpkins, some over 300 lbs."?  They were pollinated about July 15.  Thanks,  Jetta  {A future AG grower from western Virginia}
