I use it directly from the bottle onto a cheap 1" stryfoam paint brush....also try not to re-use the paint brush if you have been playing with rot...don't spread it anymore than needed.

When using Daconil, it's not being used straight out of the bottle is it?
It's diluted to some extent? I know this sounds stupid, but there is
nowhere on the label that even slightly discusses using this stuff to save a
pumpkin.
