I for one wouldn't think any less of you even if you did hug the groundhog Steve. Out here we call them Marmots and most people like them because we only see them in the high mountains far from where people live. Of corse there are a few anti-freeze junkie marmots that eat through radiator hoses in the National Parks. They probably aren't getting any hugs.
