Re: How long do pumpkins last after you cut them?


Lisa,

It varies a lot based on the pumpkin, how you handle it and the storage
conditions of the pumpkin.  I have one pumpkin STILL unrotted from last
year.  It was of the Prizewinner variety.  I have just kept it in an air
conditioned environment with no special treatment of any kind.
