Re: Can you eat AG's?


I have cooked with A.G's before. I bake a section at a time in the oven,
BEWARE use a large roasting pan and be prepared to drain off water as it
cooks. The cooked texture is more like summer squash than butternut or
hubbard. Still tasty with a little brown suger and butter
