Books are great tools for research. A must have is " How to grow giant
pumpkins ' by Don Langevin. Another book I have found useful is "The
perfect pumpkin" by Gail Damerow. It is recommended by Howard Dill, has a
good section on Ag's a good section on pest control, it is a good book on
all pumpkins. Make sure to check your local library had them, and I was so
impressed, I bought them. The archives on this site are great. there are
internet sites. But you can take a book into the patch and read, while your
water tanks are filling. You can take a book to bed to read last thing at
night. the head less horse man.
