Re: rotted vines

I have not been watering too much, but I think the dry weather here in
Ohio hasn't helped, either.  I inpected the vine closely today, and you
can see where part of the vine is all brown mush.  By splitting the vine
in two, you can see where something has traveled up inside the center of
the vine!  Rest of the vine loooked great if it would not have been
eaten at by something!!  Also, how can you revent leaf mildew??  I have
always been carefulabout watering in the morning and not at night!  This
year, however, I am noticing a lot of mildew leaves!!  Mhy is this??
