Spoke to Frank Millican and the numbers I provided from the soil test were in
PPM. Does this help?
Thanks for your help, and FYI, here are the numbers again:
pH 5.9
Phosphorous 1224
Sodium 269
Potassium 2017
Magnesium 408
Calcium 1263
Bases 16.0
Organic Matter 1.63
His patch is 20 X 50 and added 13-13-13 fert plus 5-6 cu yds of goat manure 3
weeks before the test. Since the test, he has added a 40 lb bag of lime to
raise the pH.
What else needs to be done to make this ready for planting AGs this Spring?
