Stewart I think shade cloth works well , I also use misting and it works great
the misters I have put out 5 gal. an hour so you can leave them on and they
cool things off...............I have lost many a vine tip so especially shade
them............depending on your soil type , if its sandy water more
frequently as Barb suggested........good luck......brock
