Brett, i love projects like that........you get started and get about 1/3 of the
way and ask "what the hell am i doing??............but you can't turn back cause
you have so much time in already and you really are
closer.................LOL...........this year I thought of a brilliant idea to
go down after the hard pan and improve drainage.....................so I took the
tractor and removed the top 60 yards of soil a week later the patch was
done..... and planted in rye...meanwhile the rains came and i had lost my chance
at preping the other patches.................
I have two Questions for the group has anyone heard if Don Blacks 1018uow seed
did anything?????
2) I have heard of growers watering the last 48 hours before a weigh off
.............for me this sounds risky and not for the faint of heart like
myself............anyone heard of this????
