California Growers Meeting & Seed Request

Good Day All!

Currently in California we are working to put together a growers meeting to 
take place in February!  Guest speakers, raffles, seed swap, networking, and 
much more!!  Last year with the help of the people on this list we were able 
to distribute a large number of seeds to anyone interested in attempting to 
grow a giant pumpkin.  A lot of these seeds went to first time growers just 
to wet their appetite for growing some really big ones in the future.  

I am interested in securing seeds for distribution this year.  I am not 
interested in securing your prize seed stock, but I am interested in any 
extra seed stock you may have on hand (proven or unproven).  Our hope in this 
distribution is to increase the interest in this fantastic sport!  We will 
also be hosting a booth at the California State Fair in the year 2000, which 
will give us an opportunity to distribute seeds to people from all over the 
state.

If you would be interested in receiving information on the Growers Meeting or 
donating seeds for distribution, please e-mail me your mailing address to add 
to our list.  I will send an SASE bubble pack for the seeds as soon as 
possible.  Sending your address will also add you to our California GPC 
weigh-off mailing list!
