Fruit Leather
I have been drying down uncooked pumpkin flesh. So far so good! In 2 wks
with wood heat it is dryed down to fruit leather and is edible and
cookable. It has enough sugar to not taste bad. Might be my emergency
food source in the years ahead. With 90% water, app., I reduced 20lbs into
a 1 gal ziplock. Roger
