I fully support and applaud your efforts to maintain the quality of this list 
and make it a great place to share information and ideas. Every day there are 
new growers out there who benefit and learn from what more experienced people 
have to say. 

This list has lost too many good, experienced growers and probably caused 
numerous new growers to shy away from the valuable information there is to be 
gained by joining and staying on the list. Let's not lose any more growers!
