Geez Gary, sounds like it is almost as cold there as it is here in
northern Cambria County. You should start your seeds around May 1st and
plant them outside in shelters around mid May. You will need the
shelters until the first or second week of June depending on the
weather. You should also cover shelters with blankets on very cold
nights or use some type of heaters. There is a lot of info in the mail
list archives, good place to start. Good luck.
