Hi John,
Here in Tennessee, we have two watch three 1 hour videos on the proper
use, storage, disposal, and reporting rquirements of pesticides in order to
obtain a private applicators license. The license fee is $10.00 and it is
good for 5 years. There is no test, but the videos are actually kind of
interesting. In lieu of watching the vidoes you can attend meetings/classes
and acrew points towards (re)certification.
