Hi Duncan
 Last year was my first year at trying to grow a large pumpkin and I had 
6 vines with 8 pumpkins, a couple of them rotted but my largest was
273lbs and the second largest was 268 lbs. The others I estimate between
125 to 175 lbs, not great but good enough to win the contest  where i
work :) Just incase anyone is interested I live in Port Huron, Michigan
