You may not have the name of the item you are seeking correct. The item you
are looking for is called a fertilizer injector. It injects fertilizer right
into the line. There are cheaper systems using a siphoning technique but there
is much less control over the amount of nutrient entering the water. I think
the better overall way is to have a large water tank that you add the
fertilizer to and then water from the tank. You get warmer water and nutrients
in one and probably cheaper.
