Bryan: I have not had good success with the siphoning device. The water flow through the hose has to be fast in order for soluble fertilizer to get sucked up. Have you actually tried this? Did it really work? Marv in Altoona PA

Mike, Contact Gardener's Supply Co. at 1-800-863-1700 (not sure if they have a web site or not). Item # 06-141 Siphon Mixer sells for $13.95. This is exactly what you are looking for. It is a fitting that goes between your spigot and your hose. It has a little hose that you just drop into a bucket of your liquid fertilizer. You then just turn on the water, fertilizer is drawn up, and is automatically diluted at a rate of 16:1. A built-in filter and safety valve prevent backflow. Hope this helps.
