Well, what a pleasant surprise!
Thank you Bart, for the kind words regarding myself and "Pumpkins Are
Orange".
Yes, I check all the internet Pumpkin News. I feel a part of it even
though I do not have room to indulge directly in the sport or hobby. I try
to help out with cartoons etc. any time I'm asked. I feel like not really
being on the team but more like the Giant Pumpkin water boy. But never the
less
part of the team.
I must say the Giant Pumpkin Growers are a great group of people and
over the last few years I have found a great many fine friends within the
pumpkin group.
There is a humorous side to most things we do and "Pumpkins Are Orange"
was written to convey this side of a fine sport.
My greatest kudo is "Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down."
I hear this often.
Bart, if I come up with a sequel, we're going to address an audience
that can read, sounds like the squash people are out , Ha!
