andrew : I think the 862 VanIderstine if you can keep it together,
mine stem split at 420 lbs
& the 751 VanIderstine are two sleepers. Reg Noonan grew both
this year, 862 planted too late
& 751 pumpkin , I thought he should go with but he choose the
762 Smith again re measurments
& was again beaten by two smaller pumpkins. I believe it would
have been a different story had
he faith in a heavy weighing line. May not have beat Peter but sure
as hell would have trimmed
Elayne. These two havn't had their day yet. The breeding is there,
only the grower is missing.
