WARNING: Rated R (for Regatta)

Here is another vote FOR the Regatta updates.  I am a confirmed 
landlubber, but this all cracks me up, and I hope to be watching from 
the shoreline! 

Also, I realize this thing has quite a lot of momentum built up already, 
but for what it's worth, my husband, who is a native (and loyal!) New 
Yorker, thinks that in spite of the magic of New York, the Regatta 
really belongs in the Capitol reflecting pool in DC.  For extra 
publicity, maybe you could get Bill and Al involved somehow.  I know 
that Al, in particular, is very big on Halloween.  Maybe youall could 
add sails and take advantage of all the hot air generated by those 
Congresspersons.
