Good point Joe! The 1006 produced my personal best at 702 but it didn't
make it to the weigh-off because it had a dinky hole the size of a
pea......at a rib junction...it also produced my friends best..we really
did not take care of these plant like we should of....but you have to also
look at the fact that  8 top growers that we know of that have proven they
can pop monsters didn't have any luck with it......like said it was used as
a male pollinator 8 times but no mention of a pumpkin.....We don't really
know how many tried it.....and what the problems were.......But i sure do
like your point on how many personal best were achieved........will I plant
the 1006 yes.....it produced the 4th largest pumpkin in the world kinda
weighs heavy on me.........brock
