My guess would be Powdery Mildew, Get rid of as many of the infected leaves as
feasible and spray ALL then plants with Daconil or some other fungicide. Spray
both the underside and tops of all leaves. Even the ones that don't look
affected.
Usually by the time you can see it, it is almost too late. It is present long
before you can actually see it. Continue the spraying program every 7 to 10 days
and follow the mixing directions on the label.
