This is my first year trying to grow a true
giant. I have a question, first the information. I have
one primary vine, no other strong vines have emerged close to the base. My
main vine is 28 feet long and I have one pumpkin set out 16 feet. I have a
secondary vine about 10 feet out from the base that has almost matched my
primary vine in length and has a good fruit about 6 feet out from where this
secondary emerges from the primary. My secondary fruit is growing
much better than the fruit on the primary, beachball vs basketball.
Would this secondary fruit be a good choice?
