Northwest Patch Tour and BBQ

Hey all those Northwest growers out there who are as quiet as mice this year,
is anyone interested in having a patch tour and finish off with a BBQ? You
know like those Ohio growers do?  I figure since they have these get social/
educational tours and have the worlds record, maybe we should consider having
one too.  We already have 4 patches on our route, wouldn't mind a couple
more, but more importantly, everyone is invited.  The Northwest has never
done anything like this, so why not.  We see eachother 4 or 5 times a year
tops and all but one of those times is at a busy weighoff.  
Tentative date for this is July 29th, we have Handy's, Drill's, Sherwood's,
and Hester's patch to look at and I am sure I can beg Julie Hoffman for a
space at the Dairy Garden for us to have a potluck dinner/ BBQ.

Please email me or call asap, and this invite is for anyone outside of the NW
as well.  Yep its short notice, but we must start somewhere.  Besides, I know
of a pumpkin worth seeing already and it isn't at my house.
