As usual the AG is still a puzzle. I pollinated a 4 lober and they were
deformed and far from the normal appearance........

Because it wasn't the perfect situation I culled the fruit and was real
curious to see what a cross cut of the fruit would reveal. You can see the
pattern of the lobes repeated within.........but would the deformed exterior
mean deformed with in the interior... I thought it would---- but it looked
perfectly normal in the cross cut.

Not that it means anything set in stone---for certain-----the fruit growth
is the most important indicator if things are going well could be
3-4-5-6-7-8-lobes fruit response is what were looking for. But what is
interesting for a plant freak is that as the plant ages and the resources
get limited-----the plant starts to reduce the lobes--------- what this
means is anyone's guess--MB
