The 553 must have read my update threatening to pull it out if it didn’t
produce.  Today it finally flowered, hope it wasn’t too hot, (89).  Have a
shade cloth over it to help keep it cool.  Well I’m starting to get the
sometimes fatal disease, "Pumpkin Optimism".  You would think I would know
better by now but everything in the garden looks better than it has in years.
 Maybe it’s the Cat Chow.
