Judging from the baby growing in my garden (and I don't even have a
pumpkin set on the thing yet), I'd say sure, you could trellis it;
however, from what I can see, you will require the services of an
architect, building permits and a zone variance for a highrise. ;-)

I'm a brand new pumpkin grower--sent for two packets of seeds from Dill,
and plunked 'em in the northern Utah ground. I'm not only a new pumpkin
grower, this is my first real attempt at a garden of any description.
That pumpkin is taking over the place; I have never seen anything like
it. I don't even know why I'm doing it, except that I am now
hooked......there isn't a weighoff site close enough to do me any good
whatsoever, but, well-----I'm going to have one whale of a Halloween
display this year!
