Re: Vine Nomenclature

Main vine:
1) the first vine that appears is the main vine. you can follow it back
to the root stump without making any turns. -but then there are other
questions.
a)the main vine that twins.
i would consider them both main vines.
b) the main vine that stops. it was cut or split or whatever. then
does a secondary take over as a main vine?

secondary vine(s):
2) all vines that grow off from the main vine at the axial or
intersection areas.

side vine(s)
3) also called tertiaries vines. ( i think i like side vine better
since for some reason i have a hard time remembering how to spell
tertiaries). all vines that grow off the secondary vines at the
intersections.

other vines ?
i don't know if you let tertiaries grow long enough if a vine would grow
off of them. ???

i don't know if the tendrils ( the little curly things) are considered
vines or not?
they look like vines to me. ???

here is a side note:
I like to give my tendrils litte sticks so they can grab on to them.
sometimes i just lay a stick over or near one. other times i stick the
stick into the ground near one. somehow i think that my plants likes
this. it makes them happy that the tendrils are able to do was they were
designed to do. and that this is healthy and good for my plants.
2nd note:
as of yet i don't talk to my plants or play soothing music for them-
maybe i should ???
anyone tried this ? something else for those guys who have tried
everything .
