Re: 97 Wiberg/one 673 updates requested


I think what is more apt to happen if one does not get a FULL 90 degree 
angle of the pumpkin stem to the vine, and hopefully on the outside of 
the curve, is that the shoulder will begin to press against the main 
vine threatening to break off the pumpkin's stem if you don't do 
something. The only thing I know to do at that point is to cut the 
pumpkin away from the main vine on the far side between the shoulder and 
the stem. If the stress is on the inside there is nothing I know of that 
you can do. Pumkinguy?
