Glenn,
    Sounds like you have to go to a more balanced fertileing program, which
according to the How To Grow World Class Giant Pumpkins II, you should have once
the fruit got set.. I made my lasty 15-30-15 application 4 days ago, and have
switched to Peters 20-20-20 for the next 6-8 weeks. This balanced formula will
help the fruit grow stronger, while allowing for extra nutrients for the rooting.
The plant should already have its strength from the first 6-8 weeks of the high
nitrogen formula.
