This doesn't mak sense! JUST because someone has a legal paper that says they
own the land means that even if they don't lift a finger, ALL he work I do,
he still would own part of the pumpkin? NOT QUITE! I own the seed. Just
because it is planted on his land doesn't make it his no more than if
someone's truck was parked on their land. Only if there was an agreement
ahead of time that stated that in compensation for the use of the land, the
landowner would get partial ownership of whatever you grow on it. Otherwise,
(and especially if he is otherwise compensated), that is definitely not the
case!
