Does this work???????!!!!!!!!!! Can a male be picked and put into water, and
open with full amounts of pollen, viable for pollination?! If this is true,
then maybe it WOULD be possible to mail out some male flowers to other
growers for pollination of plants which they themselves do not have, but
would be good for a cross with a plant someone else is growing! This would be
a HUGE boon to crossing, with no limitations of only being able to cross with
the other plants grown locally!
Has anyone sucessfully pollinated with pollen mailed from someone else before?
