Don't worry if the beetles are in the flowers, they will come out to where
the Sevin has been sprayed. Try not to directly spray flowers, even if it
is evening. You don't want to harm the bee population. Direct your spray
to the leaves, top & bottom, and the base stem and soil. This will wipe
them out for about 10-14 days depending on their hatching cycle.
