Leaf problem

Ok I need a little advise here..........some of the leaves mostly older
ones have a slight silver sheen to their surface.......I have been using
Sevin and Benomyl every 10 days........not sure if I have a problem or
not............another discripition of what it looks like is........the
paint on a boat that's been out in the sun for a few years(
faded).........it's been very hot and humid
