right or left?

This i think is an interesting subject, i have heard stories that some
growers like to have thier pumpkin grow on the right side of the vine and
others on the left side. Is there any particular advantage to either side?
or is the positioning of the female flower the most important-------90 dgree
angle and so on? i have noticed that i have a female flower on two of my
three plants and would like to know what you growers on the list like to do
to prepare for it, grow the way you want it. My females are at the ends of
the vines, they are just a centimeter in length, be two weeks before they
open or so, i am so excited, the 788 Wentzell has huge leaves (23"). Does
huge leaves mean big pumpkin? i was wondering that myself, this question was
just in an earlier post. i don't think it does but it makes you think it
will.
