Question : Vineing

My plants are 24 days old an have about 5 large leaves and about 8 smaller leaves . My question is how long before they start to vine? After that happens how long will it take before they will flower? I am getting impatient and realize that it will depend on my conditions. I'm a first year grower and would like to have a pumpkin polliated by mid july. Do you think that is possible. Thanks
