I have a growing area roughly four times your size, kept 7 AG plants, and am
beginning to wish I'd kept only 4. Believe these folks when they tell you
you'll be choked out before long. If you don't want to go with just one,
keep the two that are already growing in opposing directions so the side
vines won't cross as much. Once the mains reach the perimeter of the patch,
start trimming off all the sides from that point on and wrap the mains
around the edge of the patch. I read this and other pruning tips on
www.bigpumpkins.com <http://www.bigpumpkins.com> . Might be worth a try for
your limited patch area.

So in your guy's I should kill all but the two 800+lb plants? If so
do I just dig
them out or just cut the trunks? It's going to be a sad day if I
have to. I've
fallen kinda attached to all of them....
