Re: AG Chatter

Hi Ken:   My main vine was severed on my plant last year and after a few attempts at doctoring it up I finally cut it off and went with the secondary to take its place.  The AG is a remarkable plant and all was well.  The break was right after the fruit set and it actually left the vine completely flexible with no hints of stem stress.   The pumpkin grew to 660 pounds.   Good luck.

Here in the great basin of Utah, the 10:00 O'clock news just issued a freeze warning! I PARTIALLY SNAPPED THE MAIN VINE on my 845 Bobier while putting a cover over the plant tonight. I set the main vine back in place. IS THERE A CHANCE IT CAN HEAL ITSELF, OR IS IT JUST A POLLINATING PLANT NOW?
