One of the biggest mistakes a grower can make is doing the vacation
thing and not have another AG grower to watch over the patch. I am
fortunate enough to have Mark be my partner in crime who watches mine
when I go, and I watch his when he goes on vacation. No one will ever
understand the passion of an AG grower more so than a fellow AG grower.
