Here in southern CA the yellow spots are caused by a "tinny" black fly with clear wings.. A THRIP.... They make your plants look bad and do some damage.. I keep them undr controll with insecticide diluted about a quarter to a half dosage.. Now if I could get rid of those birds !!! Take care all !!! Grow em BIG !!!
